Your tester application and your information.

This notice explains how TradeKeepa uses information submitted through the tester application form.

TradeKeepa is responsible for the information collected through this form. For questions about your application or personal information, email hello@tradekeepa.co.uk.

What we collect and why

We ask for your name, business name, email address, main trade, team size, the areas you want help with and your willingness to provide feedback. You can also choose to provide a business website or Facebook link.

We use this information to assess whether your business is a suitable fit for the current testing group, select testers and contact you about your application or participation. Our basis for doing this is our legitimate interest in recruiting a relevant testing group and improving TradeKeepa with feedback from business owners.

Please do not include customer details, bank details or other sensitive information in your application. Applying does not sign you up to a marketing newsletter.

How your application is sent

The form sends your details to Web3Forms, which processes the submission and forwards it to the TradeKeepa application inbox. Our email provider also processes the resulting email. We do not publish your application on the website.

Web3Forms uses its own infrastructure and service providers, which may process information outside the UK. You can read more in the Web3Forms privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

How long we keep it

We keep application details while they are needed to review and organise tester recruitment. We review them periodically and remove details that are no longer needed. If you join the testing programme, we may keep the information needed to manage your participation. Web3Forms has its own retention arrangements described in its privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your application or ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@tradekeepa.co.uk. You can also object to our use of your information or ask us to restrict it. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances.

Visiting this website

The TradeKeepa pages do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your hosting provider may keep standard server logs. The tester form sends information only when you submit it.
